Title Effect of EGC treatment on genome instability induced by cisplatin treatment
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome variation profiling by SNP array
Genome variation profiling by genome tiling array
Summary Cisplatin treatment causes genome instability by single-strand annealing (SSA) activation in some cancer cells. Therefore, we checked whether EGC, a RAD52 inhibitor, can restrain genome instability induced by cisplatin treatment.

Overall design In total, 10 samples: 2 Input control (4 different conditions) in WT and RECQL4 KO cells.
