Title |
Transcriptomic analysis of Wt Mtb H37Rv and WhiB4 Complemented strains on treatment with 0.25 mM Cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) for 2 h at 37°C. |
Organism |
Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
WhiB4 regulates expression of anti-oxidant genes and survival of Mtb in resposne to oxidaitve stress. Thus, we did microarray upon exposure to 0.25 mM CHP for Wt Mtb and MtbΔwhiB4 strain complemented with whiB4 gene to study the restoration of gene expression to wild type levels.
