Summary We found that PTTG3P expression perturbed cancer cell proliferation in lung adenomacarcinoma.
 
Overall design Gene expression profiles of PTTG3P with modulated overexpression in A549 cells or knockdown in H1299 cells were generated by Illumna RNA sequencing and compared to profiles derived from control cells.
