Title |
The cis-regulatory function of long mononucleotide A-T repeats in maintaining high transcription activity in cancer |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
To explore gene expression profiles in A549 lung cancer cell line after transfection CPP-AGO1-polyUs that shown potential reduce cell proliferation and cell growth.

|
Overall design |
Gene expression profiles in A549 were explored at 48 hours after transfection 600 ng of CPP-AGO1 protein and 200 nM of U21 in conjugation buffer and incubated at 37 oC water-bath for 30 minutes. Two groups of A549 transfected CPP-AGO1-U21 and scramble consisting of 3 samples in each group were studied.
