Summary |
To characterize atherosclerotic plaque cells we isolated cells from the body of vulnerable and stable human atherosclerotic plaques and performed RNA-Seq gene expression profiling of obtained samples.

Overall design |
RNA-Seq gene expression profiling of stable and vulnerable plaque inner mass cells. We generated two biological replicates for each cell type, thus we obtained 4 RNA-Seq gene expression profiles.
