Title Isolation and culture of carotid atherosclerotic plaque inner mass cells

Summary To characterize atherosclerotic plaque cells we isolated cells from the body of vulnerable and stable human atherosclerotic plaques and performed RNA-Seq gene expression profiling of obtained samples.
 
Overall design RNA-Seq gene expression profiling of stable and vulnerable plaque inner mass cells. We generated two biological replicates for each cell type, thus we obtained 4 RNA-Seq gene expression profiles.
