Title |
Influence of 20E on mosquito gene expression |
Organism |
Anopheles gambiae |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To examine the effects of 20E treatment on mosquito gene expression, treated mosquito cells were examined by RNA-seq to determine the influence of 20E treatment.

|
Overall design |
Mosquito cell lines were exposed to 10% ethanol (control) or 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) in 10% ethanol. After exposure for 24 hrs, cells were harvested for RNA isolation. Samples were collected from four independent biological experiments.
