Title Identification of SAT1 regulated genes in GBM cells by microarray

Summary We aimed to identify SAT1 regulated genes in U87MG cell by knockdown of SAT1 with two different shRNAs, and then compared knockdown cells to control cells with shGFP
 
Overall design U87 cells were infected with shRNA lentifirus from the Broad Institute (TRCN0000035250 and TRCN0000035252), then RNA was harvested and analyzed with Affymetrix HTA-2_0 chips.
