The goal of the study was to investigate the epigenome of M. fscicularis testis with respect to mei-Cohesin complexes, CTCF and BORIS
 
Overall design The cynomolgus monkeys testis material was collected from six 7-9 years old male monkeys. The testes were placed on ice and germ cells were prepared by passing through two mesh sizes.The cell fraction was fixed according to ChIP-seq protocol and kept frozen
