Status Public on May 09, 2019
Title Mammalian SWI/SNF collaborates with a polycomb-associated protein to regulate germ line transcription in the mouse [ATAC-seq]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ATAC-seq on spermatogenic cells from P12 and P18 testes

Overall design ATAC-seq was performed in duplicates on spermatogenic cells obtained from P12 Brg1WT and Brg1cKO (conditional knockout generated with Mvh-cre) testes. At P18, ATAC-seq was performed on spermatogenic cells obtained from Brg1WT and Brg1Het testes.
