Title |
Single cell RNA-seq data of microglia cells from normal mouse brain at three ages (embryonic, 3 weeks and 16 weeks) |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Single cell RNA-seq data was obtained from FACS sorted microglia from different brain regions of normal embryonic, 3 weeks and 16 weeks old CD1 mice in order to elucidate microglia heterogeneity in a regional and time specific manner.
|
|
|
Overall design |
2688 cells total were sequenced with 3-4 replicate mice per region and age. For normal tissue multiple different brain regions from the same mice were obtained.
