Title |
Gene expression analysis on Naïve CD4 T cell with JMJD3 knockdown |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report that knocking down JMJD3 in human naïve CD4 T cells impedes the induction of T cell activation related genes and cell cycle related genes.

|
Overall design |
Human naïve CD4 T cells were isolated from periphery blood of healthy donors. Cells were transfected with siRNA knocking down JMJD3 (siJMJD3) or control siRNA (scrambled) by electroporation. 16 hours after electroporation, cells were activated by CD3/CD28 beads for 8 hours and collected for RNA purification.
