Overall design |
Primary cardiac myocytes were isolated from two-day old rats via neonatal heart dissociation kit (Miltenyi Biotec) according to the manufacturer’s protocol followed by percoll gradient separation. Cells were transfected with siRNAs designed against a combination of Llgl1 and Llgl2, Yap, or universal negative control siRNAs. Transfected cells were collected 48 hours post transfection for RNAseq.
