Title |
miR-Seq on paired skin and oral mucosal wound healing |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To delineate the role of microRNAs in the site-specific injury response, we compared the microRNAome of skin and oral mucosa both at baseline and throughout the time course of wound healing.
|
|
|
Overall design |
miR-Seq based microRNA profiling was performed on tissue samples acquired from a murine wound healing model of paired skin and oral mucosal wounds throughout the wound healing process (0 hr, 6 hr, 24 hr and 5 days post-wounding).
