Title Transcriptomic analysis of gefitinib-resistant EGFR-mutant NSCLC cells

Summary We have employed a transcriptomic approach to find a molecular target that could compensate for the loss of EGFR signaling in NSCLC cell lines with acquired resistance to gefitinib with an EMT phenotype.
 
Overall design Total RNA obtained from EGFR-mutant HCC4006 lung adenocarcinoma cells treated with increasing concentrations of gefitinib for 6 months (gefitinib resistant, GER), alone or in combination with the TGFB receptor inhibitor SB431542.
