We have employed a transcriptomic approach to find a molecular target that could compensate for the loss of EGFR signaling in NSCLC cell lines with acquired resistance to gefitinib with an EMT phenotype.

Overall design |
Total RNA obtained from EGFR-mutant HCC4006 lung adenocarcinoma cells treated with increasing concentrations of gefitinib for 6 months (gefitinib resistant, GER), alone or in combination with the TGFB receptor inhibitor SB431542.
