| Overall design |
Examination of liver gene expressions in normal tissues (N), non-tumor tissues (Tn) and tumor tissues (Tt) of control (CC) and arsenite (AA) group, respectively (N=3/group, total 18 samples) . The gene expression data in CCN and CCTt (N=3) were already publicly avairable at Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), accession number GSE104627. We upload the rest of liver gene expression data in CCTn, AAN, AATn and AATt (N = 3).
