Title Gene expression of mouse small intestinal 3D organoid myofibroblast-epithelium co-culture
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The gene expression of mouse wt small intestinal epithelium and myofibroblast,3D organoids, both in monoculture and in co-culture, as well as small interstinal adenoma organoids from the Apc+/1638N mouse model, were measured by Affymetrix Mouse Gene 2.1 ST Array.

Overall design Mice were sacrifced at 8-10 weeks
Gene expression of the following mouse small intestinal cells were analyzed
a. wt epithelium cells in monoculture (n=2)
b. wt epithelium cells in co-culture (n=2)
c. Apc+/1638N adenoma cells (n=4 mice, 6 samples)
d. wt fibroblasts in monoculture (n=3)
e. wt fibroblasts in co-culture (n=3)
