Summary We use the Next generation sequencing (RNAseq) to profiling gene expression of CRFK cell.The purpose of this study are to comparison of CRFK gene expression between uninfected and infected by CPV isolated from Laos PDR
 
Overall design The experiment are divide in 4 isolate of CRFK cell samples, and separate in 2 group of treatment, group one are CRFK normal cell as: CO1; CO2 and CRFK cell infected by CPV as a C22;VTE034 respectively
