Title |
TGF-b and Eomesodermin coordinate to maintain CD8+ regulatory T cells and limit spontaneous germinal center reaction |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We are interested in CD8+ regulatory T cells that limit germinal center reactions. We have found that in conditional knockout mice lacking both Tgfbr2 and Eomes expression in mature T cells, CD8+ regulatory T cells are severely defective. RNA-seq analysis was employed to characterize the genome-wide transcriptional changes in CD8+ regulatory T cells.

Overall design |
CD8+ regulatory T cells were FACS sorted from the spleens of 3-month old naïve WT and Tgfbr2-/-Eomes-/- mice. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
