Title ATAC-seq of purified immune cell populations

Summary ATAC-seq was carried out to identify regions of nucleosome depletion – marking sites of enhancers and promoters – in the MACS populations of CD4, CD8, CD14, CD19 and Natural Killer (NK) immune cells
 
Overall design Three donors (two male, one female) provided peripheral blood for the isolation by magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS) of immune cells. A total of 5 populations of cells were isolated per donor and two technical replicates were performed.
