Title |
sRNA-seq of podocytes treated with glomerular endothelial cell vesicles |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The effect of miRNA delivery from glomerular endothelial cells (GEnCs) to podocytes in vitro was examined by miRNA epression in podocytes untreated and treated with extracellular vesicles from GEnCs under varied activation conditions.

Overall design |
Small RNA sequencing of primary human podocytes untreated (UT) or treated with extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from human glomerular endothelial cells (GEnCs) for 24 hours. EVs were isolated by ultracentrifugation from supernatants of GEnCs in a steady state (SS) or activated with glucose (Glu) or puromycin aminonucleoside (PAN) for 24 hours.
