Title RIP-Chip of RIN from 0-3 hour Drosophila melanogaster embryos

Summary RIN-associated mRNAs were identified in early Drosophila embryos by RNA co-immunoprecipitation of the endogenous protein using a synthetic antibody (anti-RIN D072), followed by microarray analysis (RIP-Chip).
 
Overall design Six RNA co-immunoprecipitations were performed. This includes 3 biological replicates of anti-RIN (antibody D072) RNA co-immunoprecipitations from wild-type 0-3 hour embryos, and corresponding control antibody (antibody C1) RNA co-immunoprecipitations.
