Title |
Single-cell RNA sequencing of human iPSC-derived cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We directly reprogramed two human iPS cell lines to cardiac cells and collected four groups of samples at four time points (day 0, day 2, day 4, and day 10) during cardiac differentiation for Single-cell RNA sequencing.

Overall design |
The four groups of samples, which were collected at four time points during cardiac differentiation, were loaded on a 10X Chromium instrument (10X Genomics) and used for single-cell RNA sequencing according to manufacturer’s protocol. The SRA Study accession was SRP194999, and BioProject accession was PRJNA541018.
