Title Genomic alteration analysis in ovarian cancers

Summary In order to check if there is a correlation between centrosome alterations and DNA breakpoints or homologous recombination defects (HRD) assesssed by LST genomic signatures, we used Affimetrix cytoscan array and GAP tool as previously described in Goundiam et al, IJC 2015 (PMID:25892415 DOI:10.1002/ijc.29568 )
67 high grade serous ovarian cancers
 
Overall design For these samples we checked if there is a correlation between DNA breakpoints or chromosome content (from cytoscan array) and the number of centrosomes defined by immunoflurescence
