Title |
Expression profiling of mouse HPC7 cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We have expressed mouse Snai1, mutant Snai1 or empty vector in the HPC7 cell line and performed RNA sequencing analysis to identify targets of Snai1 in mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells.
|
|
|
Overall design |
HPC7 cells were engineered to express either wildtype Snai1, a mutant version of Snai1 that cannot bind Lsd1 or an empty vector control using retroviral transduction. GFP+ cells were sorted after 1 week in culture and RNA was extracted for RNA sequencing.
