Title LSD1 inhibition promotes epithelial differentiation through derepression of fate- determining transcription factors [inhibitors]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the impact of the pharmacological inhibition of the Histone 3 Lysine 4 demethylase (H3K4) LSD1 (KDM1A) enzymatic activity on genome-wide gene expression in normal human epidermal keratinocyte (NHEK)

Overall design Examination of genome-wide gene expression changes triggered by the pharmacological inhibition of LSD1 (KDM1A) Histone 3 Lysine 4 (H3K4) histone demethylase activity in normal human epidermal keratinocyte using 2 different LSD1 inhibitors: GSK-LSD1 (Cayman Chemical, Cat# 16439) or 2-PCPA (BPS Bioscience, Cat# 27305) and different treatment length (2d or 6d).
