Summary Investigation of tumor genes which limit sensitivity to killing by NK cells through a genome-wide in vitro CRISPR/Cas9 screen
 
Overall design B16-F10 Cas9 expressing cells transduced with a genome-wide CRISPR library were successively co-cultured overnight with activated NK cells at an equal ratio. Experiment was performed in technical duplicate. An untreated control cultured alongside was used for comparison
