Title Expression profiles of long noncoding RNAs and mRNAs in ST cells infected by PDCoV
Organism Sus scrofa
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) participate in regulating many biological processes. However, their roles in PDCoV pathogenicity are largely unknown. Here, we analyzed the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs in the PDCoV-infected cells by high-throughput sequencing

Overall design Expression profiles of long noncoding RNAs and mRNAs in ST cells infected by PDCoV were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicates, using Illumina Hiseq 4000.
