Title Role of CpxR in biofilm development: expression of key fimbrial, O-antigen and virulence operons of Salmonella Enteritidis
Organism Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report our results of RNA-seq analysis on Salmonella Enteritidis biofilms and planktonic cells of the wild type and its cpxR mutant

Overall design RNA was isolated from biofilms and planktonic cells of the wild type Salmonella Enteritidis and S. Enteritidis cpxR mutant. Libraries were created using standard Illumina reagents and analyzed using a HiSeq 4000 PE100 Illumina.
