Title |
Role of CpxR in biofilm development: expression of key fimbrial, O-antigen and virulence operons of Salmonella Enteritidis |
Organism |
Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report our results of RNA-seq analysis on Salmonella Enteritidis biofilms and planktonic cells of the wild type and its cpxR mutant
|
|
|
Overall design |
RNA was isolated from biofilms and planktonic cells of the wild type Salmonella Enteritidis and S. Enteritidis cpxR mutant. Libraries were created using standard Illumina reagents and analyzed using a HiSeq 4000 PE100 Illumina.
