Overall design |
Human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived motor neurons were differentiated in vitro over 18 days following a previously described protocol (Maury et al. Nat Biotechnol, 2015). Cells were processed for single cell sequencing following the manufacturer's guidelines for the 10X Genomics Chromium or Illumina/Bio-Rad ddSEQ platforms. A total of 25 samples were processed in 6 batches. Replicates of cell lines CS83iCTR-33n1, CS0179iCTR-n1, CS2XWCiALS-n1, CS29iALS-C9n1, CS52iALS-C9n6, CS25iCTR-18n2, and CS29iALS-C9n1.ISO were processed across multiple batches.
