Title Hepatic BCL6 and plasma triglycerides regulate sexual dimorphism in tissue tolerance [set 5]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Tissue tolerance is a sexually dimorphic trait. Here, we investigated the role of BCL6 in establishing hepatic chromatin landscape promoting sexually dimorphic tissue tolerance during E.Coli infection.

Overall design Investigated the H3K27 acetylation in livers of Bcl6Flox/Flox and Bcl6Flox/Flox,Alb-Cre male and female mice infected with E.Coli and housed at +30ÂșC.
