Summary The goal of this analysis is to compare the transcriptome profile (RNA-seq) along different developmental ages in the naked mole rat ovary
 
Overall design Methods: Naked mole rat mRNA profiles of wiltype embryonic day 56, postnatal day 1, 8, 28, and 90 day-old. Ovaries were collected from wildtype subordinate animals. Duplicates and triplicates were collected following the same protocol and same litter.
