Title |
STCH4/REIL2 confers cold stress tolerance in Arabidopsis by promoting rRNA processing and CBF protein translation |
Organism |
Arabidopsis thaliana |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To understand the role of STCH4 in cold-responsive gene regulation
|
|
|
Overall design |
14-day-old wild-type and stch4-1 seedlings grown on 1/2 MS medium (1/2 × MS salts, 2% sucrose, 0.6% agar, pH 5.7) were treated without or with 4 ℃ for 4 or 24 hours for total RNA extraction.
