Title RNA sequencing from the microglia of mice with acute GvHD against syngeneic bone marrow transplanted and untreated controls

Summary Understanding the role of myeloid cells in GvHD of CNS. Microglia are the major immune cells of the CNS. We intend to understand if microglia play a role in GvHD of the CNS.
 
Overall design In order to study this, mice were lethally irradiated and transplanted with either syngeneic or allogeneic bone marrow and T cells. We isolated RNA from sorted microglia cells of the brain on day14 after transplantation to understand the molecular changes occurring within microglia. Four mice were analyzed per group
