Title |
RNA sequencing from the microglia of mice with acute GvHD against syngeneic bone marrow transplanted and untreated controls |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Understanding the role of myeloid cells in GvHD of CNS. Microglia are the major immune cells of the CNS. We intend to understand if microglia play a role in GvHD of the CNS.

Overall design |
In order to study this, mice were lethally irradiated and transplanted with either syngeneic or allogeneic bone marrow and T cells. We isolated RNA from sorted microglia cells of the brain on day14 after transplantation to understand the molecular changes occurring within microglia. Four mice were analyzed per group
