Title Single-cell RNA-Seq analysis reprogramming of T to ITNK

Summary To further decipher the cell fate continuum during reprogramming of T cells to ITNKs, we investigated the gene expression dynamics of T and ITNK cells from a CB sample at single-cell level using micro-well based scRNA-seq technology at different time points post BCL11B ablation
 
Overall design T cells that were electroplated with PX458-BCL11B at day 0 (2263 cells), day 5 (1565 cells), day 10 (498 cells), day 15 (204 cells), and day 20 (418 cells), based on sc-RNA seq analysis.
