Summary The differences between the ΔrspA1 mutant and the original strain A30 transcriptomes were analyzed at 30h in ferentaion cultures complemented with 75mM glutamate when the conditions preceding the differences observed in glucose consumption rate,pH and cell dry weight.
 
Overall design RNA samples from ΔrspA1 and the parental strain A30 were sequenced in duplicate at 30h when cultured in fermentation medium
