Summary The whole-animal transcriptomes of ilc-17.1, malt-1 and nfki-1 mutants comapared to that of controls reveals a transcriptional fingerprint of C. elegans IL-17 signaling.
 
Overall design Whole-animal RNA-Seq profiles of malt-1; npr-1, ilc-17.1; npr-1, and nfki-1; npr-1 double mutants were compared to that of npr-1 controls.
