Title single cell RNA-seq analysis of ovarian cancer ascites

Summary To understand the cellular diversity within malignant ascites, we profiled ~11,000 single cells from 22 samples by Smartseq2 and by 10x.
 
Overall design Ascites samples were either depleted of CD45+ cells and profiled by 10x or sorted by EPCAM+CD24+ and profiled by SmartSeq2
Note from Submitter: We have difficulties in approving raw data submission of data from clinical patient samples to GEO or dbGAP and are therefore submitting at this point only the processed data and the metadata. In parallel with the process of granting approval for raw data submission to dbGAP we are also using another repository to which we are allowed to deposit raw data (DUOS@broadinstitute.org).
