Title |
A negative reciprocal regulatory axis between cyclin D1 and HNF4α modulates cell cycle progression and metabolism in the liver |
Organisms |
Homo sapiens; Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study examines the regulation of HNF4a by cyclin D1 in hepatic cell lines and mouse liver.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Three different cell lines were treated with control of cyclin D1 siRNA, followed by RNA-seq. Mice had transduction of cyclin D1 (or a truncation mutant called cyclin D1-RD) into the liver using recombinant adenovirus, followed by HNF4a ChIP-seq.
