Summary This study examines the regulation of HNF4a by cyclin D1 in hepatic cell lines and mouse liver.
 
Overall design Three different cell lines were treated with control of cyclin D1 siRNA, followed by RNA-seq. Mice had transduction of cyclin D1 (or a truncation mutant called cyclin D1-RD) into the liver using recombinant adenovirus, followed by HNF4a ChIP-seq.
