Title Stimulation of LTβR on human fibroblasts
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary LTβR signaling is crucial for immune development, homeostasis, and inflammation. To identify new factors that influence the quality of LTβR function, we combined transcriptomics with WGCNA.

Overall design Normal human dermal fibroblasts were stimulated with agonistic goat anti-human LTBR antibody for 0, 2, 6, or 20 hours.
