Title RNA Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type and FAK-/- Wnt1 driven mammary tumor cell transcriptomes

Summary We examined FAK deletion induced changes in various cellular processes and signalling pathways in an unbiased manner by transcriptomic analysis
 
Overall design Tumor cells were isolated from MMTV-Wnt1 Fak flox/flox mice. Tumor cells were then transduced with Cre-ERT and deletion of FAK was induced by treating with 100 nM OHT for 3days. RNA was isolated from untreated cells serving as controls and treated cells with FAK deletion and subjected to RNA sequencing.
