Title |
Gene expression of wild type and tmem182-/- skeletal muscle |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing

Summary |
Transmembrane proteins are important for intercellular signaling and play important roles in the control of cell fate. However, many transmembrane proteins still lack of research. Recently, we identified a new transmembrane protein, TMEM182, which play significant roles on skeletal muscle development and regeneration. Here, we generated TMEM182 konckout mice and used RNA-seq to analyzed gene expression between the wild type and TMEM182-/- skeletal muscle.
