Title Gene expression of wild type and tmem182-/- skeletal muscle
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Transmembrane proteins are important for intercellular signaling and play important roles in the control of cell fate. However, many transmembrane proteins still lack of research. Recently, we identified a new transmembrane protein, TMEM182, which play significant roles on skeletal muscle development and regeneration. Here, we generated TMEM182 konckout mice and used RNA-seq to analyzed gene expression between the wild type and TMEM182-/- skeletal muscle.

Overall design Skeletal muscle mRNA profiles of 9-week old wild type (WT) and tmem182-/- mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using BGISEQ-500
