Title Microarray analysis of Polyoma Small T expressing U2OS cell lines

Summary In order to understand which pathways are involved and what genes are affected when small T is expressed in mammalian cells, we carried out microarray analaysis in these cell lines
Total cellulatr RNA was isolated at 20 hrs after doxycycline addition in samples 2,4 and 6 (+DOX), and was subjecyed to microarray analysis using Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 (HG-U133_Plus_2) chips.
 
Overall design We had inducible Polyoma Small T cell lines. Docycyline was added to induce the expression of small T antigen. RNA was isolated from these cells and used for whole genome microarray analysis
