Summary Control and Irradiated C57BL/6J mice were treated with the radiomitigator anti-NRP1. Bone marrow endothelial cells were FACs sorted and analyzed for expression changes at 72 hours.
 
Overall design Four treatment groups: Non-irradiated control, Non-irradiated; anti-NRP1 treatment, Irradiated control, Irradiated + anti-NRP1 treatment
