Title RNA sequencing of murine conventional dendritic cell lineage 1 (cDC1) cells from mesenteric lymph nodes
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary A gene expression profile of the conventional dendritic cell lineage 1 from murine mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN) were constructed based on RNA-seq from nine biological biopsies. The gene expression profile was afterwards used to infer (in silico) a cDC1-specific protein-protein interactome.

Overall design Nine mesenteric lymph nodes were taken from healthy/untreated female 7-10 weeks old C57BL6 mice and CD11c+MHCIIhiXCR-1+CD103+ cDC1 cells were flow cytometry cell sorted. 50bp single-read mRNA sequencing was performed on the cDC1 cells from nine MLNs on illumina machines, resulting in nine FASTQ samples.
