Title |
eiCLIP analysis of RBFOX2 in primary mouse hepatocytes |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Rbfox2 is required for maintaining hepatic cholesterol levels under high fructose. Here we carry out an enhanced iCLIP (eiCLIP) protocol in order to determine the targets of Rbfox2 in primary mouse hepatocytes.

|
Overall design |
Primary hepatocytes from control diet mice were harvested and plated, cells were left overnight and then UV irradiated at 150mJ/cm2 before carrying out the eiCLIP protocol
