Title |
miRNA-seq in H661 cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We identified Entinostat can decrease SALL4 expression via post-transcriptional regulation which miRNAs might be involved. In order to discover the potential miRNAs that regulated by Entinostat and also target SALL4, we did miRNA-seq in H661 cells after 8 hours of DMSO or Entinostat treatment.
