Title miRNA-seq in H661 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We identified Entinostat can decrease SALL4 expression via post-transcriptional regulation which miRNAs might be involved. In order to discover the potential miRNAs that regulated by Entinostat and also target SALL4, we did miRNA-seq in H661 cells after 8 hours of DMSO or Entinostat treatment.

Overall design miRNA-seq in H661 cells after DMSO or Entinostat treatment
