Title |
Morchella importuna SI transcriptome raw sequence |
Organism |
Morchella importuna |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Sclerotial formation is one of the most important phases during the morel life cycle, and previous reports indicated that reactive oxygen species (ROS) play an important role in sclerotial formation. However, the mechanisms of ROS response in sclerotial initiation (SI) stage are poorly understood.

|
Overall design |
Comparative transcriptome analyses were performed with the cells of sclerotial and hyphal at different areas in a same plate at SI stage, named as SII and SIO, respectively.
