Summary We report transcripts from isolated L2 and T1 neurons.
 
Overall design L2 or T1 neurons were specifcied by L2-split-GAL4 or T1-LexA driving GFP. GFP+ cells were isolated by FACS for RNA extraction and sequencing. RNA-Seq was performed using SMART-Seq protocol.
