Summary To study the underlying mechanism of autoimmunity predisposition in autoimmune-prone mouse strains, we characterize embryonic stem cells derived from various mouse strains.
 
Overall design We performed mRNA-Seq analysis to determine the transcriptional differences between embryonic stem cells derived from auto-immune prone mouse strains.
