Title scRNA-seq of mouse colon after THC administration

Summary We studied the effects of delta-9-tetrhydrocannabinol (THC) on mouse colon cells, 24 hours after a single administration of THC (10mg/kg) or Vehicle (VEH) control.
 
Overall design 2 samples were analyzed from WT mice. The WV is the vehicle control, and the WT is the experimental group that received THC.
